I am greatly offended by the misleading nature of this thread.

Tasers are killing and terrorizing instruments. That's it. For you to have essentially promote taser guns when they are a device that has been used to torture, traumatize, and kill individuals is both wrong and upsetting. Im sure it would be very upsetting to those who have had first hand experience with such a weapon.

Perhaps you might want to speak with a few family members of those who have been tasered (to death in some cases) by some overzealous law enforcement officers. Im sure theyd have a different perspective. I would imagine you would as well if you had witnessed a loved one being "saved" as you put it by a taser, or moreover if you had been on the receiving end, you would not be so pro taser.
