it is OBVIOUS to anyone with an IQ higher than a box of mentally retarded cake mix that Roberts is a neo-con, but folks like Hilary Clinton have already made noises about voting for him.

Reid and company made a bunch of noise about how they would tie the senate up into knots if the fillibuster was eliminated.

News flash: THAT IS WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THE DAY BUSH WAS SWORN IN WITH THE HELP OF THE SUPREME COURT!!

Hell, i have never called him "president" in almost five damn years, because he isn't.

Bush pissed on the constitution and the Dems have done nothing substantial to oppose him. Hell, they are fighting over who gets to shake his penis for him.
