141. The property owner can tell them to leave.
Nobody can do much if they want to protest along the roadway, but Camp Casey is now on private property and the landowner is under no obligation to allow them onto his property. They'll have no access to the tent, the food, or anything else.

And remember: This is Texas we're talking about. Trespassers can be shot :)
