Dean was against the appropriations bill. He was for the 87 million if it came from the tax cut repeal. It's right there in the commercial. I guess Gep's people couldn't edit it out without looking obvious, not they they didn't try.

The really odd thing about this is that the end result of this thread will be that you have come across as someone who doesn't understand complex concepts or nuance. Why would you want to do that to yourself?
