now, i can accept that my father is a republican.

but, he's educated and... HOW could he WANT trash like that?

he's in his late 70s. doesn't he understand what happened to his health care last week?

he has 7 grandchildren who will pay for *'s madness (and will be fodder for his endless wars if he holds the WH)

again the question comes up:

are republicans so short-sighted, so GREEDY, so ignorant about what they are doing to their children? grandchildren?

i told my sister NO. he wants to read that trash, he spends his own money. i'll send him a copy of Franken, just to be 'fair and balanced' or Corn, or Krugman or... you get the idea.

my sister said:

well, what about this o'reilly guy, he mentioned that too.

my head, exploded. :nuke:

on the positive side, my brother-in-law's brother, who I have NEVER heard mention anything political was railing against Bush, the medicare scandal, the phoney war, etc.... at the Thanksgiving dinner!

well, I DIDN'T start it. but........... i made a comment or two. he had NO idea of the level of my activism and... well, he's joining the online world next week and I promised to send him links.

one more DUer was revealed today!

nost

hope you had a great holiday!
