Cook some noodles. While they're cooking (don't forget to stir), chop up some onions and celery. Half an onion and a stalk of celery ought to do it. Drain the noodles. Mix noodles, one can of cream of mushroom soup, one can of tuna (drained!!!), onions and celery together. Add some salt and pepper -- why not? Grease your casserole dish (or spray with Pam) and add the mixture.

Topping: you can use crumbled up potato chips but it's better to dice up some bread crumbs and toast them in butter in a skillet.

Bake it at 325 for 20-30 minutes, until it's good and hot and the top looks kind of crunchy.

Edit: Oh, you wanted peas so add some peas, either drained canned ones or some uncooked frozen ones, when you mix everything. I'd go for the frozen, I think. Probably half a regular-sized frozen vegetable package would do it but look for a good balance of green and tan in your mixtures.
