Arthritis
Gout (tol ya you got da gout)
infection
trauma
just toes? or fingers also?
peripheral edema (usually involves entire foor)

tight shoes across arch, blood goes into the toes but doesn't go back well

Elevated feet and stop wearing skinny shoes, on breaks elevate feet above hips.

Ya got da gout I tell ya. Anyway this info provided by a doctor who has actually seen dead people, now send me 20 bucks.
