But I may not have used the phrase "public work employees" but their job is very similar as to what a janitor's job is and that is to pick up trash, empty trash bins, etc. I just don't see that in my cities or any other cities but you say they should clean up their streets, well you just pointed out that Joe's chain gain already is so appearently that isn't working. Who said I found the filth in Phoenix amusing? Not many metropolitan areas are clean.
