15. Toddlers often bite as attempts to social interaction
Biting them back only reinforces the behavior and shows them who the bully can be and how to be a bully...same with hitting them.
Stating, "No Bite! (or biting!)" along with consistent time out and 'fessin' up to and apologizing to the person they bit.
