18. I'm fascinated by the fact that when Clinton's enemies
imagined things about his bad behavior, they all attributed a mighty sex drive and incredibly loose behavior to him. Like LBJ. Like JFK. Even like FDR, apparently.

What was Truman's reputation? Is Carter the only Democrat in the 20th century who can rival Republicans for boring sex lives*?

*disclaimer, of course I know that Republicans don't really have boring sex lives. The sexcapades of nearly all of the impeachment managers in 1998 (even at the time!), for example, have been described as "baroque".
