With Thanksgiving coming up, I figure it's about time to start collecting recipes.

I know buying it in the store is a popular way to go, but over here in East Europe, it's impossible to find the Thanksgiving traditionals. Post your favs here. A few suggestions:

* Nothing with shortening, because of the trans-fats in shortening, and because I've not seen shortening in the year I've been here.
* A recipe with metric measurements would be nice, but not necessary.
* Tradition is nice, but creativity is a plus too. Recipes with a personal touch is a plus !!!

Hey, other Thanksgiving suggestions are welcome too.
