I take 1 or 2 dyphenhydromines nearly every night. I don't care if my liver rots, I've laid awake until 5:00 my entire life, it screwed up my years in school. I'm never going back to that now.

I have some Ambians that I save for emergencies, I broke them all in half. I hardly ever take them.
