11. He is guilty of treason.
He issued an "emergency" order halting the counting of votes at a time when Bush's lead was hair thin and shrinking. There was no rationale given for this. He subsequently appointed Bush to the office. He abused his office to subvert the will of the people and appoint an un-elected person to the presidency. A subsequent investigation proved that Bush lost the vote in Florida. The only thing preventing him from being impeached is the balance of political power in the House and Senate.

He wants to remove the seperation between church and state and establish a theocracy. He has conspired to overthrow the elected governement.
