May 18, 2005

Hi:

You're in the news. As a psychologist, I sure hope that some of you were associated with this as per The Chronicle of Higher Education. I have been working on this project in NC re: the church there. I include some information.

God help us all: the country is being run by theocrats who have no respect for anyone and certainly not for people who are Christians and respect others' rights.

Please pass this around as you see fit.

item 1:
* MORE THAN 100 PROFESSORS at Calvin College, in Michigan, have
signed a letter criticizing the policies of President Bush,
who is scheduled to speak at the evangelical Christian
institution's spring commencement on Saturday. The professors
cite conflicts between their "understanding of what
Christians are called to do" and many of the president's
policies.
