2. Legal Dream Team to Investigate Political Corruption in Ohio – ALL Fraud
Legal Dream Team to Investigate Political Corruption in Ohio – ALL Fraud

Aside from RNC fear and loathing of DU’s 2004 ERD crew, here is a major reason they’re creating their “back fire.” They’re in terror of a real investigation of Ohio because….IT’S ALL ABOUT ELECTION FRAUD!

Scandal probers top-line diggers
They have rep for ignoring politics, getting to core
(referred to as the “legal dream team”

COLUMBUS | One investigator nailed several officials working for the very governor who appointed him. Another sent a congressman to prison. Yet another prosecuted a notorious highway shooter.

The task force investigating Ohio's ballooning state government scandal is a dream team of prosecutors and police with a reputation for ignoring politics in the pursuit of wrongdoing.

Noe is under state and federal investigation for his handling of a $50 million investment in state funds in rare coins and for allegations he illegally funneled campaign contributions to President Bush.
The task force is spread from Toledo to Cleveland to Columbus and involves county prosecutors, the state watchdog, U.S. attorneys, the FBI, the IRS and the Department of Justice's public integrity section.

Last year, Morford recommended a federal judge in Michigan toss out prominent terror verdicts against two North African immigrants, finding that prosecutors failed to turn over documents to the defense lawyers.

Morford, 46, said his philosophy is sticking close to the evidence and letting politics go by the wayside.
