5. In answer, yes
But I'm sure "is this the coming of the new improved brush police state?" was rhetorical.

They do not see such fun functions as being beneficial, and while they are able to paint our youth that way, it will continue.

Fact is, this type of hatred has been directed toward black youth for many years now. Witness the prison numbers. We're only noticing it today because they targeted the white kids. Blacks have already been so put down by the law, they can fairly well expect to wind up in prison before college, as a general rule, and what is THAT? Have the car stopped and searched by dogs, for any reason, anywhere. How would that make YOU feel? If your teenage daughter or son were the target of a brutally hateful prison system?

It's a whole nation that doesn't fucking care. I mean, sorry but it is, no matter what your thoughts are on the subject. Too many people for too long for no good reason, and the numbers are INSANE for minorities in prison right now. We're a prison nation more than we are anything else. Canada calls us "DEA Land" actually.

We just don't care. Until it's our kids.
