Let him go out, give his speech about World War II and 9/11, tell the people that they need to stop asking when we're going to bring the troops home, pause, and give that little self-satisfied smirk he gives when he thinks that his mission has been accomplished.

Let him talk about freedom being on the march. Hell, he can even wheel Dick Cheney out onto the stage so he can repeat the "insurgency in its last throes" remark.

All Bush needs to REALLY get his message across at this point is a round red rubber nose and a pair of big floppy shoes. Maybe a little tricycle he can wheel around the stage, and tip over at that strategic "I need a big laugh" moment.
