4. The 2004 election I believe was stolen
by a combination of vote suppression, dirty tricks, and most of all manipulation of the vote totals courtesy of that infamous piece of software known as the Tabulator.

(Oh and let's not forget some pre election gerrymandering, ie in Texas when they did the first ever non post census redistricting, and then DeLay used Homeland security resources to try to hunt down the Dems in the Texas state legislature who left the state to avoid voting on that thoroughly crooked deal)
