27. Bush is not a leader
He never was; he never will be. He was picked by the powers to be to be a puppet whose strings could be pulled. However, it seems that the puppetmasters were AWOL and not around to tell him what to do. One of the puppetmasters is Cheney. Notice how no one has seen him in weeks. He's supposed to be very, very ill. Charles Rangel said it last week. Because Cheney is apparently too ill to tell Bush what to do, nothing happens.
