15. It's gonna take a while, I'm afraid...

Deep south mentality in the panhandle/north + Cuban exile dominance in the south means we're gonna have to fight extra hard to see any change. As far as the state legislature goes, nothing's gonna change until we find a way to take away their power to choose their own district lines. They basically have the power to guarantee that they'll never lose an election.

I feel your pain, though. I hate it here.
