4. Very interesting stats...
8% of Repubs did not vote for Repubs while 7% of Democrats did not vote for Democrats, but 59% of Independents voted for Democrats while 41% voted for Repubs.

The Democrats carried the West by 56% to 44%. The Repubs only carried the South.

In income brackets, Repubs only carried those that make over $100,000.

In religious groups, Democrats held their own except with the White, evangelicals, which they lost 71% to 29%.

Democrats had a higher percentage of the younger vote (18-29) than with any other age group.
