Help me convince my husband re. Rahm/Pelosi.

My husband and I started talking about politics tonight and Rahm came up and how just oh-so-great he is. I told my husband Pelosi is responsible for the win, not Rahm. I showed him a counterpunch article stating how Rahm only had 8 of his candidates win. My husband asked where the proof was. I explained all I had heard, on the radio lately, was that Pelosi worked hard picking out candidates for each district and she deserved her new position for leading the Dems to victory.

Hubby said he never heard any of that and I went to work trying to find a link to these things even though I am positive the latter one I heard on maybe Air America or NPR. When I use "the Google" I get mostly hits about choosing Murtha as a candidate, NOT helping choose candidates that are just right for each district. Hubby and I both searching can not come up with an actual article, rather than a blog, giving stats on Rahm. I am at my wit's end and now hubby and I are starting to bark at each other over it. Please help me find this information, I know it has to be out there. Thanks!
