88. They don't make "deals."
The purple band-aids were extremely wrong. But if we do this, it will be painted as an attempt to psychologically torture McCain using his POW experiences, and we will lose a TON of support. Whether or not that is the intent of the stunt does not matter in the slightest. All that matters is how it will be painted, and the instant McCain's campaign sees anyone doing this, they are going to play the POW card - and it will work.

Seriously, just a dozen people seen doing this could cost us plenty. This is a very, very bad idea. We've already had known and tombstoned Freeper trolls in here promoting and encouraging it in other threads. Why do you think they would do that?
