I am afraid to see what my plants will look like in a few days

When we moved to Washington DC from Houston back in '87 I just had to plant some bluebonnets in front of my townhouse. I planted seed in April, and the started growing in June. I had one or two bloom in the fall and then it snowed. We had snow cover all of December, and after it melted, there was still one bluebonnet blooming.

It was fabulous!
