Sounds Like Little Was Accomplished
I was hoping to hear a very positive report. Or that finally this cause would show the light of day. But from what I'm reading, it's that unless there is approval from the Repubs on the judiciary committee, this whole process is a formality at best.

All I'm saying is that those in charge, who run the show...are not going to give in on this one. Meaning that for all the huffing and puffing, the end result will be the same.

I am not saying this is pointless. I am not saying it's tin-foil. All I'm saying is that it's beginning to feel like running up against a brick wall. Unless a large segment of the public can embrace this, it will never gain credence. And unfortunately, the majority of Americans just don't care or give a damn. The whole accept and move on, and wait for 2008 crap is making me sick.

All I'm seriously wondering is whether something like this could be allowed to happen somewhere like Canada...or even Great Britain. How many Coup De Etat's does this country have to go through before we realize it really is not a democracy in the truest sense of the word. Of The People, By The People, For The People? LOL
