10. From the certified results
The certified results are substantially the same as the machine-recounted votes. If you take a dozen Triad counties and compare them to a dozen similar non-triad counties then you can see if the 'triad factor' is resulting in a skew of votes. There isn't one, at least not one thats large enough or consistent.

So either, Triad is not cheating, or theres a near-equal amount of cheating in non-triad counties.

You need 2% to make Bush loose, 4% to match the unadjusted exit polls. But Triad handles less than a quarter of the votes in the state.

The law that requires someone to set up the software differently for a recount is stupid. Having elections people who don't know their machine and software well enough to do it themselves is also stupid. And the hired elections company giving hints on avoiding a recount is also stupid. So is the law that requires a payment much smaller than the cost of a recount. Put it all together and we have a lot of suspicious recounts and people blatantly breaking recount laws to avoid an expensive hand count at all costs.

But some recounts were honest and didn't show problems.
