I don't like the top freezer fridges because of the deep doors -- I'd much rather have the French doors or even a side x side, but that will have to wait for the kitchen remodel.

If we had $50,000 hanging around with no earmark we could start that project, but it's pretty far down the line of home improvements. The one thing that neither of us like about this house is the 70s era galley kitchen that also serves as only corridor to the garage. What WERE the builders thinking?
