Add xx number to that for all the deformed babies coming from these soldiers who may not make it through a normal length life (they also won't make it through a normal life with no fingers or arms or what ever happends as a result of chemical gene damage. Add xx number of people who will have lost their mind or who wonder the streets - virtually non-life in contrast to what their parents hoped for.
