in your long baths, do you use salts?
Some charged bath salts, especially of the well-made, organic and sea kind, would greatly help in clearing your aura and washing away any negativity. Heck, even putting in just some plain old sea salt (just a bit symbolically) would do. I also highly recommend the brand LUSH for their bath ballistics in this area--most are vegan and all are cruelty-free. And they are heeeaaavenly. Mmmmmmm.
