I was torn between putting in that detail about them being seniors because it could be seen as bashing. Yet we all know that many seniors are not comfortable with technology, they are usually the citizens with the time to devote to volunteer. Yet these aren't their kind of elections anymore. Clearly at least in my area this wasn't executed successfully. There needs to be reform. There needs to be adequate training. There needs to be supervision by an impartial technical person. There needs to be standardization about every step of the process. These people would be just fine with the right training in place.

Like Bobcat said in another post: These systems are designed to fail.
