Don't get me wrong, I would prefer an all paper, all hand count system and I don't care how long it takes.

But at least with optiscan you have a paper ballot that can be audited away from the optiscan counter and tabulator.

I support "repeated redundancy" (yeah, I know - that's redundant) with groups of hand counters and hand tabulators doing their thing a number of times.

I believe where the will to clean up and secure these elections is strong enough, the people will find a way to fix things.

The people eventually get it right.
