50. The Republican Big Tent was always a Marriage of Convenience. No power ==> sue for divorce.
The Repugnant Party's "Big Tent" idea was always a marriage of convenience, a play for gaining and retaining power. Now that they are out of power, they are suing each other for divorce.

This is the inherent problem with a duopoly that is enforced by an unspoken conspiracy of the two big parties to shut out all other parties from ballots and funding and debate time, etc. Both parties have to pretend to be big tents and so policy and ideology tends to blur and become less well-defined.

The Repugnants have always focused on power and the Democratics focused on Truth. Don't lose sight of the truth, but augment it with power consciousness.
