When I saw the new ad, I didn't realize it was a parody/sequel to some pre-existing commercial, so I was just taking it on its own terms, and didn't see what was so great about it, and just thought all the phone screaming was weird and purposeless. Some kind of avant-garde campaign ad?

When I then saw the original ad, I understood the appeal of the new ad, albeit only for people who saw/liked/remembered the original ad.

Though I still didn't really get the appeal of the original ad, so I still suspect I'm the wrong demographic.
