5. I like Specter, but I'll agree that he's a chameleon politician
I've always liked Specter, I felt kind of bad last time he was up for reelection when I voted against him in the primary and then the general election to (I turned 18 right before the primary, and figured why not registered republican to vote in it and give us an easier person to beat).

I will agree with you though that Specter's voting record shows he's somewhat of a chameleon, changing how he votes based on electoral pressure at the time.
