9. So, if.......
in the 2012 election, Arizona deems Obama not a viable candidate due to his "lack of proper birth documents" does that mean that Democrats, Independents or any Repubs who do not like the Repub candidates (or Independents) will be SOL and not get to vote? In essence, these voters are being denied their right to vote for their candidate because of Arizona's law. I think Federal law will trump Arizona's law at the end of the day. If I lived in AZ, I would be livid right about now. Where is the outrage from the voters?
