39. A mind is a terrible thing to waste and we all know what breeds in the minds of the ignorant.

Ignorance should be distinguished from stupidity however, these people seem to suffer from both, and both can lead to "unwise" acts. Also, if important information is available, these types fail to acquire it due to lack of intelligence not realizing its importance, or not understanding it. They are the one's who will and do vote against their own interests. Sad.........and tragic.
