13. Good move. Two major human rights abusers
fighting over who is worse. Maybe something good can come of this. But it's about time someone pointed out the hypocrisy, and writing their own review all of which appears to be correct, was a good way to go about it.

Now all we need is a third party to tell both of them that the European Court on Human Rights will be judge from now on, conceding China's point, that the U.S. doesn't have the standing to do this job. Then, maybe China and the U.S. can improve their HR's policies before next year and see who gets the prize for making the most progress.

How sad is it that China's report is correct, and that we are being told now by so many countries to just stfu about other people's human rights policies and go fix our own.
