4. Very true.
Our local leaders are already trying to find tax revenue to pick up the void the federal cuts have done to needed social programs. We used to have free parking downtown on Sunday, but the city council just past an ordinance to keep the meters running on Sunday. Next will probably increased sales taxes. Of course these increases are on the backs of the poor and middle class. The rich will not pay a cent unless local and state governments have the chutzpah to start taxing wealth in the way of property taxes for million dollar estates and second and vacation homes, and transactions taxes on securities. I'm sure I will see pigs fly first.
