Of all the typically crazy shit The Orange Rapist vomited out in his so called press conference yesterday, the completely insane nonsense about an emergency helicopter landing with Willie Brown that never happened and how he claims Willie Brown doesn't support VP Harris should be VIRAL in the news media and all over social media. But especially in the news media. They should be relentlessly HAMMERING him on this.
He was with former Gov. Jerry Brown, not Willie Brown, in a helicopter to look at land damaged by wildfires. The helicopter never had an emergency landing of any kind. And Willie Brown certainly supports VP Harris.
The guy is a sick combination of malignant narcissist, pathological liar, insane maniac, and unhinged demented lunatic. And that whole raft of completely KOO KOO shit about this alleged helicopter thing proves it beyond any hint of a doubt. (Along with the endless reams of similarly crazy lying koo koo shit he has spewed for years.)
No helicopter nearly crashed. But what HAS crashed is Trump's BRAIN and his sad excuse for a campaign.
Will the media HAMMER away at this, or does the sick Orange Rapist get yet another disgusting pass?
What we can do is write emails to the media, call the media, write letters to the editor, and HAMMER him like hell on this in our own social media posts. We can also write emails to our state and local Dems and to the Harris campaign to use this bigtime. We can also write to alternative media like Meidas Touch, Lincoln Project, David Pakman, Young Turks, etc. and make sure they are hammering on this. That's what I'm gonna do.
Yes, lock him up and call them out as the sick evil fascist democracy killers that they are.

Wade, they are going after birth control, trying to stop women from leaving to go somewhere else for an abortion, they are literally getting ready to jail librarians over book bans, they want to kill Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid all to give endless tax cuts to millionaires and billionaires, Project 2025...
WEIRDO Trump The Orange Rapist and WEIRDO Vance the couch-loving stalker and their sick MAGA cultists in congress and in state and local government are literally trying to turn us into a right wing fascist country. They must be politically crushed, and relentlessly called out as the evil rotten to the core threat that they are.
I am 1000% behind Harris and Walz of course. They are awesome. And they have been pretty damn tough. Good!
When you are dealing with sheer evil fascists, there is no "going high" with that. It must be confronted with tremendous toughness and strength. When they go low, we go TOUGH and hit back harder. We go on offense and stay on offense with these scumbags. THAT is how you deal with criminals, fascists, and bullies. If you don't deal with them very tough, they will continue. There is no trying to reason with them. There is no trying to appease them or negotiate with them.
Trump/MAGA is a very very dangerous scourge. Strength and staying on offense is the order of the day.
All the choices were very good but I was quietly pulling for Walz. He is just SO DAMN LIKABLE! The more you see him the
more you just love this guy! He's sharp and tough but also folksy and funny. He understands people from across the spectrum and is just so AUTHENTIC. He has a terrific resume. Just watch him go after, as he FIRST said, "THE TWO WEIRDOS". This guy is GOOD.
Why does "Progressive" now refer exclusively to the far left? Just up until recent years it meant moderates as well.
"Progressive" should not just refer to the far left. How the heck did that happen? (Maybe with Bernies campaigns as he used it so much.)
In 2008 Hillary described herself as a "modern progressive". Before that "progressive" was basically brought in to replace the word "liberal" and also included "mainstream" or more "traditional" Democrats. Center-left Democrats were also "progressive". I think it turned, as noted, with Bernie's campaigns as they re-identified it to refer to Bernie and the far left.
It's too bad. I think the extreme majority of Democrats are "progressive" which means PROGRESS. It does not mean an extreme revolution. It does not mean the far end of the ideological spectrum. "Progress" means moving forward rather than going backward or being "REgressive" like the MAGAs.
And for that matter, the radical right wing WEIRD MAGATS are NOT "conservative". They are a radical WEIRD cult.
I do not think Trump will dump Vance. It would be too much for his sick mega-ego to handle.
Trump is a pathological narcissist who believes he can not ever be wrong.
To admit he made a huge error in his VP pick, which is a huge decision, would be too much of a blow to his ego.
The only way I can see it happening is if surrogates convince Vance to drop out "on his own accord and of complete and total surprise to Trump while Trump insisted that he stay". They may try to concoct something like that. But Trump will NEVER admit he was wrong.
