If Tulsi Gabbard had an ounce of character, she would have resigned the moment he said that. But, of course, she didn't resign because she hasn't an ounce of character.

Speaking about the Mango Mussolini's "Big Beautiful" birthday parade, he called it, "Weakness masquerading as strength." That's it, exactly.
It's All Fun & Games Until One Oligarch Accuses the Other Oligarch of Being in the Epstein Files
https://showercapblog.com/its-all-fun-games-until-one-oligarch-accuses-the-other-oligarch-of-being-in-the-epstein-files/Watching Nancy Pelosi talking with Jen Psaki tonight, I came to one conclusion:
The former Speaker is still the shrewdest politician in DC.
A serious question re: the "Big, Beautiful Bill"
Since it appears that the GOPukes in the House and Senate are poised to pass this bill which provides massive tax cuts for the very wealthiest, (who do not need lower taxes), at the expense of the rest of the people, is it oral, is it patriotic, to refuse to pay federal taxes? If we continue to pay state and local taxes but refuse to finance the destruction of our nation, are we wrong to do so?
Mary Trump has an important message.

For decades now, people on the left have been making an assumption about voters on the rightthat for reasons we cant fathom they continue to vote against their self-interests, but I think its more accurate to say that we often mistake what people's self-interests actually are.
Because sometimes the self-interests of other people are incomprehensible to uswe find them unspeakable. We mistakenly believe that that their self-interests align with our own. That, for example, like us, they want their children to do better than they did; that they want health care and child care and clean air and water.
And perhaps they do want those things, but they want other things more. They want white people to have more rights than minorities; they want to marginalize further those who are already marginalized; they dont want to do better than such people, they simply want those people to do worse. They like it when the people in powerthose they support, those who represent them and them aloneare cruel to the most vulnerable among us."
